Professional Experience
With over two decades worth of experience as a makeup artist, I have worked with a variety of clients including brides, models, and actors. I specialise in creating flawless, natural looks that enhance my clients' natural beauty.
Always the creative and completing training at one of Sydney’s top leading makeup collages, where Collette, (Australian singer of the chart topping cover song of “Ring my Bell”) was one of my mentors and makeup teachers helping me craft my skills in all aspects of makeup. Now, as an officially published make-up artist, with eons of make-up experience in: glamour studio photo-shoots, musical theatre, film, bridal/wedding parties, formal and special occasion, television commercials, dance shows and editorial makeup for print in magazines. My love for makeup, discovering new trends and getting creative is stronger than ever!
I have also had stints working for some big brand name cosmetic companies including: Shiseido and Lancôme.
So….you could say that i have had my fair share of varying makeup fun!
My roll as a ‘Key Make-up Artist’ have included; the short Film titled “She” Directed by Ivy Mak for She Films, ‘Head of makeup’ for the musical theatre productions of “Oklahoma” (Directed by Shane McLennen and Tracy Wright) and “The Wizard of Oz” (Directed by Tracy Wright) Both showcased at the Brolga Theatre Maryborough, with rave reviews!
A rewarding time was also had volunteering for the non-profit organization “Look Good Feel Good” where confidence and self-esteem is enhanced by offering makeup tips and guidance for women fighting breast cancer going through chemo therapy.
Re-occurring clientele is evident i am harnessing my love for make-up with quality work and by managing and utilising my natural creative flair for designing the perfect artistic direction to meet with the clients wishes and vision encompassing the value of makeup artistry for the beauty YOU define!
Other interests i have are photography, swimming, home decor and spending time with my loveable fur-babies.
